Please, please can you help? My 6 month old Samsung laptop on windows 8 seems to have issues staying connected. Sometimes it works fine, other times it has limited access or unidentified network no internet access. I can be online one minute and the next no connection. If I disconnect and reconnect that normally does the trick but not always. I've turned off the power saving thingy as read this may cause this issue to no avail. My husband has a very old laptop which stays connected constantly so assume it's not a router or provider issue. I know there's tons of threads on this brilliant site but I can't seem to get my laptop to stay connected whatever I try. Will love you forever if you can help :)
