Multiple restarts/freezes for windows 8

Hey everyone.

So have windows 8, did a fresh install about a month ago actually.

Now I would restart once, get to the screen with the windows tile and then it would freeze with the little dots moving around. Then I'd restart and it might get to the log-in screen and freeze. Either way, I was able to get it to run after two restarts usually.

Now I'm up to about 3 restarts. I disabled hibernate and fast restart, as I heard there were issues associated with that.

Just today did a restart and it had errors restarting, tried to do a repair, and only gave me system restore as an option. Then another restart got it going.


So.... what can I do to fix this?
