Help Computer is slow and wireless card problem

Hi all I have a Hp pavilion Laptop windows 8.1 64 bit. For some reason when it updated Bios flash and then the new flash player all of a sudden the computer is slower the web pages load slower and streaming is extremely slow or it will say pages timed out. It keeps doing that saying pages have times out.

I am not sure what is happening. I tried to scan in the security settings the trouble shooter but nothing. I am not sure exactly what to do at this point.

The wireless says it is working but wow it is slow to load pages. Weird because the wireless has been working great and there is nothing wrong with the wireless router. So I am having to reset or trouble shoot the wireless card.

Any help would be appreciated.
