We are in Saudi Arabia and we were gone for vacation for a month (this is always tricky when we come back). We are on a wireless network from our employer (at our home). Many wireless devices. We had to change the wireless password, with the help of our IT support. Our second laptop with 8.1 was on the internet prior to to the IT call, but when we got on today and put in the new password it did not work. After more discussions with IT. They can't help. The computer says it is connected with lots of bars to our network but there is no internet access. Has anyone heard of this?? We have restarted the modem and the computer. Every device in our home is on-line, but not this one computer. Please help. We are two ladies 'Alone in Saudi Arabia'!!
