Default Cursors Are Gone!

Hi all! I'm new to these forums, but I had a really freaky issue that kinda scared me.

Okay, so a while back I was on Windows 7 and I did a full-out clean install of Windows 8. Within a day or two I switched off the normal Aero cursor stuff to use a custom cursor theme. Now, I was trying to make my own and I just realized that ALL of the Aero themes are gone. Instead are a bunch of things labeled "(system scheme)". There is one on top that is called "(None)" which isn't Aero, but it's another sort of default Windows cursor. I still have all the custom themes I was messing with below the system schemes.

If I could just redownload all the Aero stuff, I could figure this out. I'm also kinda confused about how this happened. I'm assuming it happened in the transfer from Windows 8 to 8.1. A lot of my stuff got messed up then. (A few programs thought they didn't actually exist and I needed to reinstall a few apps.) I wouldn't be surprised if the custom cursor pushed it over the edge.

EDIT: I honestly don't care if I lose my custom cursors I had. I just want the Aero theme back. It makes me feel good.
