ok so i did some cleaning on my "supercomputer" and did somethings to speed it up even though its really fast, after that i shut my pc down.... the next day started up and it was oddly slow, my windows 8 wouldnt open as i was trying to get into the mail app, all others wouldnt work either, then everytime i opened a program i noticed my CPU goes up to 100% and after a little goes down but if i have 2 programs open at once it STAYS at 100%, please help got this comp in December, basically new.
