Can't install the downloaded W-8 PRO-PACK.

Hi everyone,

About 8 months ago, I purchased the separate 'Windows 8 Pro Pack' with Media centre.
There's no Disc, only a download.
Now, the Licence Key won't work !. I'm running W-8 Professional, which was installed in my 7 year old Case about 9 months ago.
I can't take the Pro pack back to the store, as the Receipt has been lost...
What to do now ?. Is there any other way the Program can be installed ?.
Is this Program available as a free download ?.

Another issue I have, is there's no sound when YOU TUBE recordings are played.
I've tried to fix this without success.
I'm wondering if this is normal for W-8 and if a set of Speakers are necessary ?.
There was good Audio when I had W-XP.

Can any one tell me how to get rid of the Screen that appears before the Start Screen ?.
It's a Blue Screen with the word 'Owner' on it, I'd rather go straight to the Tiles.
How are unpinned Programs restored on the Start Screen ?.

I assume they go in a Folder somewhere, but I don't know where to look.

Hoping someone can advise me.
