Disk Cleanup Issues

Over the past couple of days, when I attempt to run a Disk Cleanup, the process seems to get hung up on for hours on "Windows Update Cleanup." Usually, I simply press Cancel and try to run the Disk Cleanup again, but only to the same result.

Any help will be very much appreciated!
