Has anyone found a way to totally disable the Windows 8 Mail app? My clients have AOL and they do not want to deal with Mail. They want their AOL dialog box to pop up when the click a mailto: link. I have it fixed for some purposes, but not everything. And AOL does not appear in the list of default programs!
