Trying to Format/Install my Acer Aspire 5349 - Error code: 0xc00000e9

I've booted from the DVD-Drive and when the CD tries to load the setup of Windows 8, a blue screen comes out including this text:

Error code: 0xc00000e9

This problem can happen when a removable storage device is removed while it's in use or is failing. Properly connecting any removable storage and restarting your PC may fix this problem

I don't have any USB devices on my laptop to remove/connect properly, also tried the F8 button but it sends me to the same message.

I would really appreciate any help :)
