I've been having this annoying problem with my PC the past week or two. Basically whenever I have to reboot, it starts shutting down and then when it starts back up again...my screen is blank and nothing is responding. I try moving my mouse around, hit some buttons on my keyboard but still nothing. I have to manually power off the computer and restart it, to which usually the same thing happens. Usually after about 3 or 4 tries repeatedly...FINALLY the screen activates and I can resume normal PC functioning.
Just now I had to reboot my machine, and I've tried to power it on and off about 7 times and still no luck - screen appears blank as if the monitor isn't working or something even though the screen was working just fine literally before I reboot. It's almost as if once I reboot, it stops recognizing the monitor for some reason. Any ideas?
