Hello. I have some troubles with my CPU usage, it's always locked at 50% which are all used by System interrupts.
I have some little knowledge about what is interrupts, but I'm not using any of my devices, not copying files etc.
How can I learn which service \ device \ application uses such amount of CPU resources and why do I have lags if a half of my CPU resources are available.
