Solved: Message has appeared on start-up.

Hi to all, and yet again, another problem has arrived with my computer, and i wonder if anyone can help shed some light on the matter.
When i turn off my computer, it takes longer than usual to shut down.
When i turn the machine back on, everything loads up fine, but when it gets to the desktop, a page comes up with the following information:

C:\Windows\Minidump\07013-23700-01.dmp
C:\User\thesn_000\AppData\Local\Temp\WER-126984-0.system.xml
C:\Windows\memory.dmp

The rest of the page of writing is talking about Microsoft and privacy.
