Solved: do these files matter?

Hi there,
I have been having some problems getting connected to the internet, however, for about 10 day`s now, everything seems to be working fine now.
A friend of mine suggested i use a software called "Hijack This". This software apparently scans your computer, and informs you of what is wrong, and automatically fixes the problems.
I ran the scan, and below is a report of items that apparently are "missing" on my Windows 8 system.
Basically i want to know, if these files are important, should they be "not missing", and how do i go about fixing them?
