Is my Windows 8 modified? (TCP Port Sharing)

I was just looking through the Windows Features, (Control Panel, Turn Windows features on or off.) and noticed that under .NET Framework 4.5 Advanced Services; then inside WCF Services, "TCP Port Sharing" is checked.

I found one site saying that this is not checked by default, but I just did *another* reformat and reinstall this morning.. So is this normally checked by default?

I'm running Windows 8 64 bit with secure boot enabled on an ASUS K55N laptop.

Full list of installed software:

Webroot SA Complete, Privatefirewall, Secunia PSI, EXE Radar Pro, SUPERAntispyware and Malwarebytes (both on-demand), CCleaner, Firefox, LibreOffice, SumatraPDF, VirtualBox, Shadow Defender, Sandboxie, and I just installed the flash plugin via Firefox.
I'm begining to wonder if my installation media is modified, EXE Radar Pro is nice, but it tells me that RunDll32.exe (which is sometimes capitalized, sometimes not), and cmd.exe, as well as most other windows components are not signed.. Besides LibreOffice, my vital Windows components are the only files I am aware of that are unsigned.

Does anyone else have unsigned Windows files, or have that box checked?
