Email question

Is windows mail still available. I had winmail on my Dell Vista. Which I really like in that I could download Cloud 8 stationary.

I have Outlook, Gmail and Yahoo, which is to many maybe, so I am looking for one email that I can use html and other features.

I am new to Windows 8 so from time to time I need to seek help:confused:
