This is the 3rd machine I have set up for a client, and the only one giving me problems.
Programs aren't running correctly, some won't open at all unless I restart the computer. Here's the problem...if I shut down and restart, all is fine and all works well, but if I just do a restart, the computer hangs at "restarting" unless I use the on/off button to shut it down completely.
My client is an older gentleman and didn't let me know of problems within the first 30 days, so now I can't just return to Best Buy for a new machine.
Not sure what to do...
Any suggestions?
