Which version to purchase for home builder?

I have a computer which I assembled:
ASUS M2N-E motherboard

AMD Athlon 2; ! 3 GHZ CPU

4 x 1 GB ram; DDR2 667

New WD Blue; 250 GB HDD

XFX 8600 GTS graphics card

Eventually, this system will die.

If I purchase a system builder W8 install DVD, will I be able to install it on a new system, after the above system is taken out of service [ dies ]?

I am considering this product.
