I have a brand new compaq CQ58 laptop. I already had to take the first one I bought back just yesterday. It was the last day I could get it replaced. Anyway, all was fine. Then I installed office 2010 today. When I was getting ready to shut the computer down for the night. It pops up and says do not turn off computer configuring Windows updates. It has been saying it is at 12% complete for 45 minutes now. Please what can I do.
