recently upgraded from win7 to, and all of a sudden whenever i watch video (whether online or not) every 5 mins or so the video buzzes a bit for 5 seconds, as if the cpu is getting stuck, then goes back to normal....
nothing happens whenever i play games, and i dont have any other problems with my pc.
i have the latest video drivers, and i ran FuRMark to benchmark my video card, with a good score, and no crashes...
nothing like this happened with win 7....
