I have tried eveything and my Laptop still freezes!

Hello all I am beyond help! lol I have a windows 8.1 64 Bit Tosheba Laptop Sattlelite C55D-A5120. Here is the deal. It freezes on any browser no matter what you do. I debugged it. I even did a total factory reset and it still freezes. I am at my witts end. It is barly a year old. I was suppose to have a year warranty but ,they told me my warranty was up at the 9 month period. I could not believe it!!
I need some perfessional help here. Any help would be appreciated.
