Issue
More often than not, my computer is using 90%+ of its RAM. Moreover, programs such as World of Warcraft, Hearthstone & Chrome appear to be using 50% of the RAM where the numeric values may put it at around 1-2GB. This is leading me to believe I don't have access to all of the 8GB of memory in my system.
It's worth noting I have hibernation mode deactivated.
The issue seems to have came up over the past month. Previously I could have multiple (4 or 5) World of Warcraft windows, Chrome, Spotify etc all open at once running on max graphics and wouldn't even get an FPS drop. Now I sometimes have to close programs as "Windows is low on memory" with just one game open.
Attempted Solution(s)
Unfortunately I'm not that good with computers, so the only thing I have looked at is disabling hibernation mode and the possibility of it being a memory leak. I launched WoW one night and sat playing for a good few hours, the memory usage remained (roughly) constant throughout.
Thanks for any help, I'll be able to provide more details if needed. You may have noticed the window for one of the print screens was different, that's because there was no memory left on the computer and I thought it was about to shut itself down! I'll try installing the recommended log tool when I reboot that computer later; I'm using a different one to post this.
