I just bought this bran new computer less than 6 months ago and it was running good until yesterday. It is now moving very slow and keeps freezing up on me. I cannot seem to get into my control panel or anything else to try and fix any problems. Its kind of an emergency because I am using it for online school and I have assignments due.:( I don't know what to do!!!
