I keep getting asked to upgrade my laptop w/win 8.1 to windows 10. Is it safe to do this or are others having problems after upgrading? I have a desktop win XP PC that has the same exact files and data that this laptop has on it...would I still need to do a backup before upgrading to win. 10?? Barb
