I'm trying to run a refresh on my laptop which is running windows 8.1. I'm hoping it will stop some update issues I'm having. The problem is, when it pulls up the list of things that I'll have to reinstall, it includess several things my computer needs to run. I'm not sure what's causing it, and couldn't find any information via internet search. If you have any ideas, that would be great.
