A friend brought me her Toshiba Satellite L75D-A7283 laptop to see what I can do with it. She said it suddenly wouldn't boot up. When you first turn it on it will come to the password sign in. After the sign on the screen goes blank. No cursor or anything. I'm not very familiar with Windows 8 so I have a couple questions. What do you have to do to get into the BIOS and also Safe Mode? I thought I would try those 2 things first and go from there. I tried the f8 for safe mode but it didn't do anything.
