I watch everything online, as I don't even own a tv anymore.
Some videos have sound that is extremely loud and some have sound that is extremely low.
I have adjusted all the sound app's on my Win8 computer to as high as they can go, and still, it is not enough.
I've looked for "free volume boosters" online, but they either don't work, or they come in zip files, which don't open up....and if they DO work, they are limited to LOW unless you buy the full version THEN you can adjust to full volume!
Are there any REAL, FREE and EASY TO INSTALL sound/volume boosters for Win8 pc's???
