please help. I am running windows 8 laptop and am trying to sync my laptop to my Samsung s4. I have no problems syncing my s4 to other devices and know there is a issue with my computer. I have no other Bluetooth devices to test if they will sync to my laptop. Im really at a loss as to what to do. I restored my default Bluetooth settings on my laptop. I have removed my device and added it again. I get the confirmation pass code upon sync on both devices and they DO sync, only to get disconnected about ten seconds later. I never have a issue on my phones end. therefore I just know it must be something within my computer.
