The audio service on my Windows 8 Asus laptop stopped working a few weeks ago and I haven't been able to fix it. After troubleshooting, whenever I click on "explore additional options," the program stops responding and won't even load. I also have the same problem when I try opening control panel. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the audio service successfully several times and it's still not working. I've also scanned my computer for viruses several times and came up with nothing. I am beyond frustrated. I've only had this laptop since Thanksgiving and it seems to give me a whole lot of trouble. Help would be appreciated. Thanks!
