This morning both of my laptops stopped working.
They both require the User to logon and this DOES work.
One goes to the desktop and the other shows the start page then nothing further can be done.
The mouse moves around but nothing happens when I click on anything. Nothing happens when I right click.
Ctrl-alt-delete does come up but the only options that work are to switch users or log out. There is only 1 User set up on each Pc. I cant access the task manager.
One of them is stuck on the wallpaper screen and the other is stuck on the start screen.
both are on windows 8.
Wireless network with mcfee security.
