Issues with windows firewall

Hello!

As of last night I have not been able to access my windows firewall. This has caused some trouble with certain applications not working.

When i try to navigate to my firewall i am left with no options to disable or change it in anyway. I have tried to disable the service as well as several reboots of my pc and several virus scans but I have not come up with anything.

Any help would be much appreciated.
