Task Scheduler will not display list of tasks in a time period

When I try to see the tasks run, I get the following error:
Task License Validation: the task xml contains a value which is incorrectly formatted or out of range.

This is on a Windows 8.1 Home Premium laptop

Any way I can fix this?
