My nieces computer has ransome ware I called the number and they want 400. to log on and clear fault!! It should be ILLEGAL!!!!! It is a Dell service tag FCZCNV1. All I would like is recovery CD to wipe it clean writing zero`s 3 times then re installing windows 8 back. I could not find it on Dells site.
