windows 8 not recognize one of my partitions

I ghost my site and then windown explore doesn't show one of my partitions. I check on Disk Management and try to "change drive letter and path" but it's not work.

I use "MiniTool Partition Wizard" it shows normally but windowns explore doesn't show the partition.
Please help.
