Solved: Defaulting to notepad in Win8

I have Open Office set as my default when opening documents of any kind. Is there a way I can specify that .txt documents are opened in Notepad instead? I know how to do this for a single document, (right click and choose "Open with"), but I want to set the default for all .txt docs to Notepad. I thought there was a Control Panel area that can do this, but I can't find it.
