While viewing a web page my screen will begin to flash uncontrollably. It does it with no regularity, and the only way I can stop it is to close explorer then reopen it. Going back to the same page and it will be just fine. At first I thought it may have been something to do with my mouse. It was old and the flashing would only happen when I used the wheel to scroll. I have since replaced that mouse with a new one and it does the same thing when I use the wheel to scroll. :confused:
