I have a Dell Windows 8.1 computer. For the last couple of months when I turn on the computer and the sign in page comes up there is an overlay of a photo. Once I touch any key it disappears. This photo is one that I had stored in Pictures, so I thought I could go there and remove it. I looked at all pictures thru the Gallery and it is not even there. Don't know where it is saved. So how do I get rid of this?
