Help....as admin I can sign on but local user get this error message instead. Also now, every program I try to launch google.com, yahoo.com, amazon.com, windows explorer.com.....ALL say "is not responding"...then if you wait 10-15 minutes the initial program will show up, like my home page, then if I select another page to go to, I get the same is not responding message. So tired of this. Called HP they said call my ISP, call them they said call my cable provider, they said sorry don't know the problem....now I contact you for help. Someone out there has to know how to fix this laptop.
