What's up with the Win 8.1 Help

I have some Help text that is more comfortable to review on paper than screen.

From Help, Select Print, and choose Topic and all SubTopics.
An html help version is created and printing begins.

Choose another sub-topic to print:

"Cannot print until previous print has completed"

This message happens even across multiple Help Windows ( Help for different apps )

Even worse: once Help printing is active, you cannot even view another Help file.

I've never seen an issue like this before. Once the print request is committed to the spooler,
why should Win 8.1 care if I'm trying to spool/print another topic?
