Ever since upgrading to Windows 8 I get the "Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file" message when trying to open a file. Most of the time if I try again it opens right up. However once in a while I will have to try it 3 times before it will open. I've tried a lot of files so I can believe it is file related. I've even got the message when clicking trying to open a program on the Windows 8 start screen. I disabled my virus software (AVG) but I still get the same message. When I was on Windows 7 I would get the message every once in a while but it was so seldom that I didn't pay any attention to it. Any ideas?
