Every time I restart my computer, my mouse scroll function on my mousepad is disabled. The only way to remedy this that I have found is to change the mouse pointer to a large black pointer, then change it back to the normal pointer size and color every time I restart. Does anyone know of a permanent solution to this problem based on experience?
