For the last week I have been having issues with streaming video. Vimeo is an example of a site I am having issues with. It seems that instead of streaming as the video is downloading my system waits until the video is downloaded completely and then starts to play.
I have tried uninstalling adobe flash player and its the same. I have tested on both IE, Chrome and Firefox all with the same results.
It is not my internet connection as I have other systems that work fine and Ive tested my surface on multiple networks again the same results.
It is happening on the majority of sites that have video. Vimeo is a good example and facebook videos also present the same results. Youtube however does not seem to have the problem. I can only conclude that this is due to youtube using html5 instead of flash?
