I just need to know if setting parental controls actually shuts off the use of devices other than my laptop at certain hours. Also curious if those controls can be "overridden"? My fiancees children always seem to be online even after the shut off time of 10 PM. Should I set the Firewall shut off or leave the parental control?:) I use Windows 8.1, but I have no idea about the phones or tablets.
