New Gateway NV570p25u laptop, Windows 8.1
Have Toshiba PA3834U-IDV2 external multi-drive and it won't auto load a DVD. Tried several different DVD's with the same results. Can not play the DVD manually either. Online movies play perfectly from Amazon or Netflix on the internet.
Any suggestions on how I can get the external drive to load auto.
