slow slow computer using windows 8-

Computer windows xp on windows 8, takes forever to start. Takes forever to take me to a webpage, makes a constant running noise. Freezes, Ive downloaded things to help and nothing makes it work any better. Came to this website, ran a techguy scan. After directions told me copy and paste in question box so here it is:
