Since Updating Flash player, Bios and FF Having issues.

Hi All, I have Hp Pavilion Windows 8.1. 64 bit. Since it just updated the Bios and then Firefox, and then flash player, the browser freezes and my internet card keeps stop working.

Can someone help me resolve this issue?
