Password Reset Disk

OS : W8.1

I am trying to creat a Password Reset Disk for a Local Account. You would think that it would be easy yes? Perhaps not :mad:

When I click on "Create a pasword reset disk", nothing happens.

I have tried every way I know - type it in at the Start Screen.... Go to Control Panel, Users and try from there.... and so on. I have tried Restarting... Login out and back in.... a few times. Inserting the removeable media before, during, after....

Now I have done this before (many times) in XP, Vista, W7 but not in W8.1 so what am I missing?
