This is not my problem, but can you tell me what to do in this case? My computer skills are average at the very best. I have windows 8 and no how to get to command prompt ok. I have just this one computer and no acc. to another computer. I don't have a CD Drive, but I can use USB Flash Drive ok.
I go to You Tube a lot, I see many with windows 8 get stuck in that maintenance loop. And don't no what to do. Seems to be a huge problem. Thanks, Chuck
