Maxthon Browser and Adobe Flash Player

I have Windows 8.1 and Adobe Flash Player version 15.

Does anyone know how to enable the flash player in the Maxthon web browser? I have been to Maxthon's discussion forums but none of their suggestions work.

I am using Maxthon version 4
