Computer randomly freezing/hanging, No BSOD, No events

Recently my computer has started to randomly freeze, when it freezes the screen hangs and all sound stops and I never get a BSOD so I have to hold down the power button to reboot. There are no events in event viewer besides "The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first" and I have already tried re installing Win 8 64 bit. The freezing normally happens after the computer has been running for awhile, around 7-10 hours, but my temperatures all seem fine. So far i've ran windows memory diagnostic and booted with 1 stick at a time with no errors. Any help/suggestions are greatly appreciated.

My specs/idle temps are:
Operating System - Windows 8.1 64-bit
CPU - Intel Core i5 3570K @ 3.40GHz (39 °C)
RAM - 8.00GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 802MHz (11-11-11-28)
Motherboard - ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC. P8Z77-V LK (LGA1155) (28 °C)

Optical Drives - TSSTcorp CDDVDW SH-224DB
